Does it work with my phone?+
Yes — Connex works with modern iPhones and Android phones out of the box. The person you tap doesn't install anything; your page opens right in their browser. One small note: a few Android phones ship with NFC turned off, so if a tap doesn't register, switching NFC on in that phone's settings takes about five seconds. iPhones (XR and newer) work with no setup at all.
Do I need an app or subscription?+
No app, no subscription, no monthly fees. You pay once and the card is yours forever.
Can I change where my card points later?+
Your card is programmed to the destination you set at checkout and ships ready to tap. That's why we recommend pointing it at a Linktree (or similar) — you can add, remove, and rearrange all your links there anytime, and your card always stays current.
Can I return or exchange my card?+
Because every card is printed with your name and permanently programmed to the link you choose, each one is made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or reprogrammed. Please double-check the spelling of your name and confirm your link works before you order. If your card arrives damaged or fails to work because of a manufacturing fault, contact us at admin@connex.cards and we'll replace it.
